RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased on our website, we offer free returns within 30 days from delivery. The product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.

EXCHANGES

At ASCARO we don't have typical exchanges. Instead, we kindly ask you to return the item you wish to exchange and then place a new order for the one you wish to receive instead. Once we have received your return, in the condition stated above, you'll get a refund for the product(s) you've sent back.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the event of a faulty item, please contact ASCARO as soon as possible after you have noticed that the item that you have purchased from ascaropadel.com is faulty. You can reach us at customercare@ascaropadel.com. Please note that you need to report the fault within a reasonable time after you discovered it. A reasonable time period is not longer than two months.
